“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've been following EFFORT's newbie weight lifting regimen for about a week and a half now. On a daily basis I will usually eat some whole wheat bran cereal for breakfast. For lunch, a turkey sandwich with four or five strips of bacon. Usually a can or two of tuna finds its way in there as well. For dinner, I eat either a .8 ounce chicken breast or a big piece of talapia (fish). To go along with that final meal, I'll have a large serving of whole wheat rice and sometimes a salad with a lot of veggies if I can stomach it in.

As for protein shakes, I eat usually seven or eight raw eggs a day and consume two protein shakes. If it's a workout day, I will put two or three servings of peanut butter in my post-workout shake. I would put peanut butter in all my shakes, but the smell of it makes me gag for some reason (bad childhood memories). All the shakes are mixed with skim milk. As for supplements, I take about two grams each of flax oil and fish oil every day.

I haven't cheated really at all anywhere either.

I've gone from 147 pounds to 153 pounds in the week and a half I've been doing this. Am I gaining too much or too little?

Also feel free to critique my diet. I am a newbie and open to any suggestions.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Forgot to mention, I haven't done a whole lot of cardio - just a very light jog one morning and some shooting around on the basketball court. I have a very good metabolism, and I'm scared to work in a lot of cardio.

I also eat low-fat cottage cheese in between meals.

Aim to gain about 1 lb per week, initially you might get a big increase due to water weight being held by the greater amount of carbs you're consuming. Btw your diet doesn't seem too great. Protein in every meal, 6 meals a day, carbs tapered in morning and around training, with fats used generally at more sedentary periods. Eggs, beef, chicken, tuna, pasta, rice, wholemeal bread, fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, olive oil, fish oils etc.

Search for EFFORT's thread on diet in the sticky.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Being a new entrant in the regimen of weight gain I feel one should take proper guidance about the diet and exercising routine from an expert. Else the suggestions of people are so confusing it can easily make things complicated for one. I am myself confused about the diet in which you are going right now! I feel its too hard to comment as a novice.

It's okay man, I've spent the better part of a year learning what to eat, why to eat it, when, and how much.

It takes time, patience, and effort just like any other skill(eating well).
