lol, you didn't really fix your frame at all. if you broke up with her then phucked her friend then you would be coming from a strong frame brother. You would have an even more impressive frame if you nexted her the second she started her BS.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Really it's all about living your truth. Chicks are going to cheat if they want to, it's not about any effort to control them, because you can't. If you are someone that values exclusivity then you shouldn't have people around you that do not share your values. All any man can do is control how they respond to what happens. If you are a man that cheats, then you are a hypocrite if you expect your chick to remain loyal. That is all I'm saying.

I don't trust many of them, as many like to cause discord and break couples up.

I don't worry about the trust part though. I'm not up for an LTR, just lots of plates.

She sounds low value. But if you’re just going to spin plates then yeah trust doesn’t matter and nothing is owed to the other.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
