Yup I have used it!Holy crap! I'm not so sure on that one. I've only heard of "Cobra" being something that you can sign on for if you aren't getting one through an employer or govt assistance route.
How long have you been with them?I have Blue Cross Complete through State medicare, which is 100% free for me. The website is awful for finding care but the coverage itself is amazing. Zero copays and deductibles - covers all medical and dental, ambulances, prescriptions, and just normal checkups/preventative care. Literally have never paid a dime.
In my experience I can qualify for it even when I'm employed, but I think there's an income limit. If you're self employed it's pretty easy to get away with it, they don't really verify income.
From what I know, Priority Health and Aetna are pretty sh*tty.
