I'm going to go and say the opposite of everyone here and say a nice guy. The rare times a nice guy pulls off a really hot chick and walks around with her on the streets you see every jerk and douchebag out there hating on him.

I have to disagree horaholic. Most guys might be jealous of the douchebags/jocks walking around with the all the hot chicks but nobody says a thing because they are afraid of getting their ass beat!

Not only that but i'm sure many people here have seen cases of nice guys getting disrespected when walking with a hot chick. Guys openly staring/checking out even flirting with a hot chick walking with a nice guy bf are not uncommon, usually done to bring the guy down (mostly coming from jerks). You don't see people going after a guy's chick if the guy happens to be a jock or a douchebag. If the guy happens to have just the face of a nice guy it seems like it's open season on the girl hes walking with if she happens to be really hot.

The more haters you have, the better. Back in my nicer guy days I would have laughed at that, but it's true. It's like Arnold said, "Everybody pities the weak. Jealousy you have to earn." Let's be honest, that's what haters are; if they sincerely thought you were beneath them, they wouldn't pay attention to you at all. They make the effort to "hate" on you as a way of dealing with the fact that you make them feel inferior.

I am highly experienced on this subject.

I have the most haters. I'm tall, muscular, very handsome, and speak with power and eloquence. In situations where guys are vying for the attention of women, I am the gold standard to which they are compared, and they don't like it. Married men don't want me around their wives. Every bar I enter serves "haterade" but I guess I'm the only one not drinking it.

Haters are guys living in a reactive world instead of creating their own. Hate is "Beta".

it's one of those situation were they're thinkin
"she goin out with HIM?",
they don't take the guy seriously or think of him as a threat.

the most extreme situation of seen of this was on a show.

i remember watchin an episode of true life.
this guy who was skinny and looked nerdy was dating this fine a$$ black chick who was a stripper.
the couple's walkin through the parkin lot of a club and every guy there was lookin at her, cat callin and tryin to flirt with her.
after they showed the clip the couple talked about how that happens everywhere they go because guys can't believe he's datin her.
from what i saw on the show the guy seemed passive.
