“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Will it help me grow bigger muscles?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No. Glutamine is a waste of money. The majority of it does not survive the gut, anyways.

Investing in some BCAA's would be a better choice. ;)

The studies would indicate that glutamine is ineffectual for the purposes we require but anecdotal evidence would seem to oppose this. Too many guys use it and get good results. Myself included. The choice is yours but I try to use it as much as possible.

Benefits are said to include:

Raised GH output, enhanced immune system function, lowering of cortisol, increase in protein synthesis, decrease in protein breakdown, speeding up of glycogen storage and cell volumization.

If it only does some of the above to a limited extent then that is enough for me. I mainly notice an increase in condtion with no drop in bodyweight (GH increase possibly?), i.e. an increase in LBM.

Dose needs to be high to get the most out of it though - 20g plus per day in my view. Also it needs to be taken on an empty stomach if in the L-form (as opposed to peptides which are better if you can get them). Best taken first thing in the morning before anything else, before and after a workout and last thing at night.

I was skeptical before I started taking it, but after about a month I realized I was making gains faster than I had been before. It could be psychological, but I don't really give a **** if it is - It's working for me.

I've heard about half the people who take it see results, but I haven't seen any research backing that up.

From what I remember, glutamine is an amino acid.
I'm sure your muscles are going to need more than 1 amino acid to grow.
