"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Ok...I have this girl I email from time to time just to keep in touch. I have sent long emails not novels to her and gotten short ones in return. Now this indicates a lack of interest. I was fed up and called her out on it. I told her that it frustrated me when I wrote a nice email and received short one in return.

The next one I got was lengthy. In it she said you know i dont like to type.. Um ya..
You and your phone are conected at the hip
..always checking your messages and texting....should i just let this slide call her out on her hipocrocy? Start short texting her? Thoughts? Would an alpha call her out or just move along? She is a good friend but I don't want to be a door mat.and don't want to come across as needy.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Here is an example....you don't like to type? Then why is your phone fused to your hand and you check it constantly? I think you might need a 12 step program for your addiction!

Why would you bother? It makes you seem needy, desperate and way more invested than her. Basically all the things the typical AFC does.

If she isn't interested, she isn't interested. Just keep it moving

I knew this just needed to hear it from the board.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Why do you want to stay in touch with someone who doesn't want to stay in touch with you? I don't get it

Dude, call her and ask her on a date. All this communication is a waste of time.

No written conversations. Always remember that anything you say will always be there. Get off the text / email /ASAP.

Who the hell emails anymore
Pretty much this. "Email game" was great 15 years ago. Long, flirty, sexy emails were very popular in the past. It was the core of early OLD. Today, it's a short email to get her number and then it's on to texting or immediately meeting up in person. In all fairness to women, there are SO many guys online now, that women can't keep up with hundreds of lengthy emails anymore.

You can't put that much effort into communicating with a girl, even if you like to write like I do. Worst thing you can do is to have some female thinking you don't have anything better to do with your time other than communicating with her.

I actually assumed the OP was describing a plutonic relationship with a long lost female friend and he was trying to reconnect with her... that's what I assumed because it was the only thing that made sense. I still didn't understand the point of the posting about it but...

OP, you want to bang her?? So confused.. why are you writing someone long e-mails, especially to someone who isn't reciprocating? Why would you even consider calling her out on it? I seriously don't understand what's happening here. I need the Jackie Chan meme right now.
