"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I think it's something we've all been through, guys.
What do you do when a woman wants to change you?

a) You accept her reasoning, evaluate whether it can really be useful to you, and respond honestly: if it's useful to you, you'll change for the better, but if it's not aligned with your values, then it'll be a firm no from you (for example, she tells you you don't spend much time together, or that you're home too late at night, due to your work commitments and hobbies).

b) You don't accept her reasoning, you refuse outright (like when she suggests couples therapy).

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

This sounds fairly reasonable, but I may not want to change even if her suggestion is for the better. It may not be something I want to tackle at this particular time, for whatever reason. You have to be ready to change before any actual change can take place, and I might not have reached that point yet.

leave or stay. don't change.

attraction 101, she is attracted to you just as you are. the issue will be if you can manage her emotional attempts of control. if not leave, if yes then leave or stay.

after she fixes you your done.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

@jhonny9546 "What do you do when a woman wants to change you?"

-Put on a diaper

-Grant her her wish

This generally rids her of such desires

^^ That could definitely backfire if there is a k1nk dynamic in the relationship! lol

Generally, I would also leave. If it's a change I've discussed wanting to make and she expedites or facilitates me being to effectively make the change I was wanting to, cool. If it's her conjuring up a "I really wish you'd" or "I can't be with ____ who ____" then eh--- Bye!

I wouldn't mind the kinkiness in her changing my clothes (I mean her physically taking off and putting on different clothes).

Actually saw some friends change for the better. Their relationship its in a better state.
Their women actually asked them to change something that was off.
Of course they did change on things they believed they were reasonable to do.. like one friend was adviced to go to the psich to help with managing his anger.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
