I think it's something we've all been through, guys.
What do you do when a woman wants to change you?
a) You accept her reasoning, evaluate whether it can really be useful to you, and respond honestly: if it's useful to you, you'll change for the better, but if it's not aligned with your values, then it'll be a firm no from you (for example, she tells you you don't spend much time together, or that you're home too late at night, due to your work commitments and hobbies).
b) You don't accept her reasoning, you refuse outright (like when she suggests couples therapy).
