“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

not directly but doing hip work will strengthen your squat. if your knees come in during a squat then you need hip work anyway.

do one set each of the abductor/adductor on leg day, 25-30 reps. nothing heavy.

Knees moving together during the squat is usually caused by weak bicep femoris (specific muscle in hamstring group).

Doing leg curls with toes pointed and angled slightly ******ds will isolate bicep femoris and strengthen in.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Oh I didn't see that.

Toes pointed and angled slightly out-wards is how you can isolate bicep femoris. Strengething this muscle will prevent 'knock knees' when squatting.
