hey guys,

I only have one question, how do you develop your chest ( I have an underdeveloped chest, and it bothers the sh!t out of me.) unfortunatly, I dont have much time to go to the gym and lift weights, how do you guys reccomend is the best way to deal with this?

Unless you are working full time, going to school part time, and working part time on the side in a second job, you have time to go to the gym and lift weights. Don't be lazy.

I am both working a full time job and going to school full time, I sleep like 4 hours a night, I honestly do not have time to go to the gym, when I am neither at school or work, I am doing homework.

Well, I'm sorry mate but that's hardly a setup to gain any muscle from and that's the truth. Pushups at home might increase your strength or muscular endurance but won't force your chest to grow.

For proper chest growth you need access to a gym or dumbbells at least. Even one day a week would help but if you haven't got the time then it's out of your hands, don't worry about it .. there'll come a time when you can devote the proper time to training and recovery, but until then you'd best sit tight.

This probably isn't what you wanted to hear but it's the truth.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
