It depends: if I was an otherwise a "normal" guy, but a virgin/incel, i'd fvck prostitutes. Probably several times. Then I'd go to festivals, concerts, clubs, take adderall/coke/MDMA get drunk and hit on women. Alcohol and drugs are really the secret to getting laid, and while they're obviously a crutch, they can at least show you what you're capable of and promote a paradigm shift. In the case of incels I'd say who cares about crutches, you just need to get laid as much as you can so you will stop pedestalizing sex and intimacy, and get over that initial mental hurdle. Fvck that "self improvement" nonsense. In the case of incels, any self-improvement you do will be for an ulterior motive (to get laid) which defeats the whole purpose. This is of course assuming you're already fit and healthy and at least somewhat socialized. If you're socially autistic and have no friends or hobbies or skills, at that point, getting a GF/wife is a worthless and straight up harmful goal to have, but you can at least make try to get a few lays while you work on your more deeper goals.
On the other hand.......if I was an incel/virgin due to being 5'4, having a micropenis, strong Indian accent, unfixably ugly, etc I probably would abandon any plans of my curing my inceldom and instead entirely on my own pursuits (developing friendships, hobbies, skills, etc) and probably become enlightened. I would also try my hardest to keep porn out of my life and downregulate my libido sufficiently so as to radically diminish sexual/intimate desires from my mind.
How early is retiring very early to you?
The only issue is that reaching FIRE(Financial Independence Retire Early) is that it would either require an exorbitant amount of time at work to achieve, and/or living on an extremely lean budget. They would have to make those sacrifices while young, which isn't conducive to GeoMaxxxing. I don't think it's impossible, just points to consider.
Other problem is what do you do when you retire? Most men retire then decay into a pointless life and develop health issues...that's another discussion though.
