There is no possible answer to give that will be correct unless you tell us how you are planning on doing it.

The fastest and best way to quickly drop fat without dropping muscle is by using a form of alternate day fasting. This will result in up to 90% of the weight being lost fat. Virtually any other method will result in it being 50/50 fat/muscle.

No idea where you are starting from but most people could easily drop 15-20 lbs following this method in a months time, more if you have a lot to lose.

2-3 lbs a week is a safe amount to lose. Ends up 12-15 lbs per month.

If you are obese you can take off more than that.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
