For instance we may use a scoop of protein, but we throw in Peanut Butter, milk, a banana, oatmeal, canola oil, brewers yeast, eggs (some do) flax, etc etc.
The tub ones are OVERPRICED and basically JUNK. Anything with the word gainer 2200 is a waste.
Thought those things vanished in the late 90s... Oh well. People still try.
That's how you make your own.
Dont forget you need FOOD as well. DONT live off weight gain shakes. Everyone else will tell you this too. FOOD FOOD FOOD, and then your occasional shake or 2 if you really need to bump the calories.

Yeah I agree...but thats easier said than done man. I just don't have the appetite I used to. The growth spurts stopped and my appetite just dropped off. Maybe I should smoke more weed. lol! Munchies!!!!
