"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

As the title suggests I just want to vent a little bit, maybe I will feel better. I'm a young guy 21 year old, but I just do not enjoy my life right now. The only thing that even remotely makes me happy is going to the gym and lifting weights. I'm in college right now hoping to go to a 4 year university, but in this town I'm practically in a rut. Living here, I've moved in with my grandmother (not my choice) and everyday I have to deal with children everyday annoying the sh!t out of me at home. I'm still a damn virgin even though I'm in great shape and moderately good looking. I can't get with women, having nothing to my name and barley having any clothes and no car does not help me. I don't no where I'm going with this, but I just need a big change in my life right now... 3 years is too long to feel like this.

Apologize if this is too long.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Things always get better and your still young. Stick with it. I'm 26 and I still struggle at times. I didn't even have a full time job until recently...At times it was hard, but you can do it.
