I've never understood this "stop masturbating" advice.
1. Research shows that masturbating does not decrease testosterone levels in males. Changes are very temporary and have no significant effects.
2. I don't find that I'm particularly more horny when I haven't been masturbating; in fact I often find that I'm less horny after a brief masturbatory hiatus. Doing it, makes you want to do it more.
3. I can't be bothered to clean up mess from the inevitable wet dreams it will give me.
