16 might be legal but certain places have age restrictions. for instance in my state its legal for 16 yr old to have sex but the person cant me more then 2 years older or something similar to that.so if your 25 and banging a 16 yr old u can end up in deep chit.


Just be cool with her an tell her hit u up at 18

dont be messing with underage chicks bro. ive had dates with 18 year olds an Im like let me see that ID...i dont even agree to meet unless they are willing to prove age upon meeting.

I'd hit it. I'd double-check the law first, and the thought of her parents murdering me would cross my mind. But I'd still hit it.

She had better have a real ID with her, too. If she doesn't, she's lying about being 16.

The question is, if she lies to you about her age shows you fake ID are you still accountable?
