Unprofessional POF

The way it's looking POF have wiped my account!
I entered my password & the response was "since
our website address change from plentyoffish.com
to pof.com we have deleted all passwords!!

When I enter my e-mail address to retrieve my
registration info they respond "that e-mail is not
in our database" Haha priceless!!

I googled it & lots of members are complaining about
the same situation. We cannot even register a new
account. Several usernames that I tried were apparently
already taken so I entered "vhgvvgvgvkh" as my username
"Username already exists" I smell Bullsh*t!

Going to use OKCupid until I can resolve this although I
don't think it will be as good as POF.

Apparently there are a lot of legit rule abiding members
who haven't done anything wrong & that ballbag Markus
has wiped there accounts without an explanation! No response
to there e-mails either.

I'm not paying for Match.com. Is there any decent dating websites
I could use bearing in mind i'm from UK??

Do you have multiple accounts? Do you have a fake account (woman)? Where you being what could be perceived as pervy?

Do not despair. I find OkC to be actually better than PoF. They both have their pros and cons, but okc will keep you busy while you sort things out with PoF.

I do have a fake profile as a woman, but plenty of fish wont
allow me to access that either, although I hardly ever used it.

I just failed to get into my account again & noticed they have just
changed the look of the site, hence it going from POF.com to
plentyoffish.com........wierd.

I wasn't being a perv on the site.

My first experience of OKcupid went well tonight. I hope it continues.

Right. Did you try to log in, in recent weeks, or around the time it last worked for you, on more than one account?

My guess is that they have a way to figure when multiple accounts are created from the same IP adress, and able to shut both. They are aware men make fake women accounts, so they are catching up to them.

I was pretty pissed when POF nuked my account. I had a good profile, username, and a couple of testimonials for social proof. All of it is gone. With the addition of the age difference restriction, I won't be back. I'm exclusively on OKc now.

I've had success on OKCupid over the last two days =)

Do the chicks on OKCupid get anywhere near the amount of
messages that the POF chicks get??

Well I used OKC for a few month & in my opinion it is nowhere near as good as POF.
There are literally thousands more women to talk to on POF.

I managed to get back on POF by creating another profile & changing username, personality details I.e height, star sign although every time I sign in the message
“this site does not have a vlid security certificate” appears. That’s something I’ll have to sort.

My fake ones always get nuked.

Pay the money and use match. Higher quality chicks who aren't getting gamed. Lots of AFCs around. At least that's my experience.
