“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey. I'm thinking about buying some weights so I can do my lifting at home. I want to make this as cheap as possible, while getting as much value and weight as possible out of it. So, what are the basic exercises you HAVE to do to get big, and what equipment would I need for them. Also, how much weight should I buy?
I was thinking of squats, deadlifts, rows and military presses as the basic, partnerless exercises I could do. I could do front squats to avoid the need for a squat rack.
What do you all think?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

long-term its cheaper just to go to the gym for 25-30/month, trust me.

if you can afford real equipment (power rack, bench set-up, 400lbs in plates, pull up bar, up to 80lb DBs) then go ahead that will last you a long time... but remember how difficcult it will be to store all these things if you're not settled in a permanenet residence or have plans to move about in the enxt few years.

for the money it would cost you to get all of these things, you sohuld just scrap the idea and go to a gym, i wishi did that earlier.

you will need a squat rack eventually unless you plan on squatting 100lbs for the rest of your life

But couldn't I grow by simply using a dumbbell and doing snatches, jerks and cleans?
