Yeah, I come here because tonight, I'm having a very hard time going to sleep. I just have too much energy and when I lay down I just can't relax and go to sleep. I don't want to stay up a whole nother day, because that's just exaughsting. So if you guy's have any tips on how I can calm down and go to sleep, they would be greatly appreciated, because at the moment, I don't really care if I only get 1 hour of sleep, as long as I get SOME sleep.

I don't know about that. Cardio helps me get to sleep. Else wise i have too much energy and i can't sleep.

If you have a girlfriend living with you substitute sex for cardio. ;)

Exercise 2 hours before bed. Like really heavy, crazy cardio/weightlifting. You should feel dead by the end of it.

Warm milk also helps...:p

Get out of in front of the computer and go outside and get some exercise. That does the trick for me.

Concentrate on your breathing. Try to relax your body, breath in through your nose, deeply, and just concentrate on the breath. It is meditation, and puts me to sleep very quickly when I cant sleep. Just make sure you keep your mind on your breath and relax.

I've been outside usually for approximately 6 hours per day for 8 months now, sometimes way more and that's what have made me falling asleep fast.
Before my army time I usually rolled in bed for 1-2 hours before fell asleep.
I think it's fresh hour and daily exercise that would help you.

Try not to exercise just before bedtime though.

Eating also helps.
