basically about just having your own reality, and dont let another women control how you feel, "be solid", "a rock", and never justify yourself to a women. The last of the video is about how to deal with a girl with a bad attitude. I think those type of girls a man shouldn't go after.

stopped watching as soon as i saw the 2 guys and heard them utter 2-3 sentences...those are not natural aphas...look like dweebs to me especially the guy on the right....just not much masculine energy from either...both look metrosexual...i am sure they know what they are talking about based on comments i have seen, but they just look too weak and contrived to me...

Okay, i just went back and watched a little of it to be open minded....yep good stuff on frame and all of it is pretty much spot on, just don't like the guys, especially the on on the right who is trying to hard to look cool or tough basically shoving his balls into the camera the way he is sitting.
