"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Over the last 2 years or so I have been reading tons of stuff on attraction, dating, body language, alpha male etc.

After reading a lot of this stuff and trying a lot of different things out I think I have hit upon something that works for me. I have gleaned this technique from a few different places and I wanted to see if some of the other PUA's on this forum could verify that this works for them as well.

First off this is not new information but after trying a lot of different things I found this one works really well for me. And it's.... Acting indifferent. It's really amazing how well it works. I almost go to the extreme of totally ignoring women. Somehow it pushes a button in them to really want to get to know you.

I can remember countless incidents over the last year, and in hindsight it's how I usually ended up with a girlfriend, of just ignoring women and they come on to me. Can anyone attest to this as well? I think I'm just understanding how it works but I don't have the entire picture just yet.

These things have been said before but they work so well.

If you see a women you like don't talk to her, talk to her friends.

Angle your body away from her when you talk to her, almost ninety degrees away, as if you are about to turn and leave.

When you enter a room, never scan it, walk in and pretend you are totally disinterested in anyone there. Apparently a beta male is always scanning the room trying to figure out his social position, whereas an alpha male knows he is the top dog. Women will unconsciously notice something different about you, they will see you as different in a good way.

These things and others have really helped. I put them all under the category of being disinterested. Can someone comment or add to this thread.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Indifference can work, but you have to know what you're doing. This is one of those things can that be pretty confusing to a beginner. Think more of a push pull thing than a complete ignoring approach. If you meet a girl you like and you're COMPLETELY indifferent she has no idea and won't put much thought into you.

It works best if you meet her, show some interest, then back off.

Overall it works.

This is actually VERY good advice. In fact I'll start using this next time I'm at a bar as I do have a tendency to walk in and look around a lot.
