It has a few parts that aren't exactly typical DJ behavior, in particular step 5 and 6, but the overall message rings true. But as practical, helpful, real world advice?.....total nonsense.
In fact, other than a couple of things here and there, anyone who really folows that to the letter will head for disaster. Nothing will get resolved that way really.
Very negative overall, and pretty self limiting.

I agree. Regardless, if it kick starts someone into improving their lives, then that's better than nothing. And anyone who finds it on this site will have plenty of good advice to follow once that kick start happens.

it just wakes you up though..i wouldn't listen to the stuff like buy girls gifts and c12ap...but it does wake you to from the "stuck on the computer not living life" type of mentality...
