"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Theres this cute girl in my study hall (about a 7.5) who i thought was into me for the past week, but lately shes talking to her friend (who i sit with too) in study hall about this guy she likes (right in front of me). It started off when she was like to me "i have a crush on this guy at our school," and i immediatly had a c&f response to it but it didnt come out and i sort of just said something lame like "o really?" Anyway, at first i thought it was bull**** but i can't figure out if she really likes this dude or not. The more i hear about it the more its not looking good for me, cause theyre talking about real things happening. Like she said to her friend "omg i cant believe you told him i liked him, im going to kill you" etc etc. How should i handle this?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Soniq is on the money.

That's her game and her business. Your only focus is your own game. Play it how you would any other, attract her interest like any other girl.

When you start acknowledging that competition affects your game, you start going down a negative slide.

Play it cool

Or, all three of you missed what she was saying. It's about YOU, and I suggest you start flirting and working up to date mode T-STAT!

Girls run this routine all the time, where they talk about this guy, but it's you, but they never let on. It's a little game, and you have to play along.....and slowly start suggesting what would she do if she was standing right next to her, what would he do..etc.
