My apartment is a panty melter.
Just seeing (or hearing) where I live alone is enough for most women to take more interest. Shows I have MONEY and I'm thriving. Often its enough just to live in the city. But to live in a nice part of the city.. even better.
In addition.. having a social circle of successful men with MONEY also helps. Which I do.
Beyond that.. its just how you carry yourself. Clothes make a difference, but I'm not big into being stylish and flashy. I dress well for work, but on weekends I'm a jeans guy.

What city do you live in?
I have a 4 bedroom house in the suburbs. I guess that doesn't impress women but I'm not gonna change my whole life just for them. They would probably be impressed by a condo or something but why would I want to do that when I already have a 4 bedroom house that I own outright. I live 30 minutes from downtown Orlando.
I wonder why they are impressed with an apartment that somebody rents rather than a house somebody owns. Makes no sense to me, but I already knew they had hamster brains so nothing new.

I know guys here are always saying not to do ANYTHING just to attract women. But realistically.. guys who work at attracting women will have more abundance. Its math.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I'm not going to sell my house to move downtown. I barely even like downtown. Plus, I couldn't possibly fit all my tools in an apartment. I've been getting bored of going out lately. I just work flipping houses every day, 7 days per week. When I go downtown, I just see stupid people.
People have apartments because they work downtown. I don't.

The appearance of status/VALUE totally matters in cold approaches.
A homeless guy cannot afford clean clothes, good grooming and to take a shower. So that lack of MONEY will impact his success during cold approach.
In addition.. cold approach isn't everything when it comes to getting laid. SO WHAT if you can successfully close 20 women in one day? If they lose interest later because your phone runs out of minutes, you live with rats and your car has more rust on it than paint.. what good are your successful cold approaches anyway?
Reading your posts.. you are all about the upfront "meeting women" but you don't really have sh*t to say about what happens after that lol.
