Agreed. I've been to Fort Lauderdale many times - man, the girls out there are always out on the beach or partying and soo friendly. MUCH fewer gold diggers out there. I want to check out Tampa/St. Pete. Florida girls know how to party, LA girls don't.
Miami / South Beach has a TON of hot chicks too.

I haven't spent enough time in the Pacific Northwest. But I think what makes them hot is their personalities.
yes, Miami and LA have a lot of brown chicks. and yes, MANY of them are ugly. On average, I would say yes the ones in pacific northwest are hotter. I like latinas, but LA has a lot of fat ones.
