She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
No problem like i said, i have had this for too long!wolf116 said:ok, I believe you know what you are talking about now. thanks wery much for he cream recomendations and taking the time to type all this info up.![]()
Except that accutane is a really serious drug that you don't want to use except as a last resort. It can mess with your liver, leave your skin bone-dry for months, and permanently affect your night vision. Who knows what the really long term side effects are, too. Only use accutane as a last resort.mexican_player2 said:that, or just go to the dermatologyst and use accutane for 3-5 months and forget about acne in your whole life
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
there are a few ways:wolf116 said:I just made it, so I now have the Jojoba oil and BP wash(or should I get the gel?). I coulden't find the other cream on the shelves of the chemist, they were closing up so I dident ask.
With the jojoba oil, how do I use it? I was just going to put it on after every time I use BP and do I wash it off after?
wolf116 said:cheers, on my BP(the wash one not the creme) bottle it sais leave on for 30sec then rinse off. Do I just ignore that sh!t?
My diet has always been right.
What are your views on squeezing? I can't stop it. they itch like fvck for me and they look disgusting unsqueezed.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Ok man GL with it, keep me posted on your outcome and i will try to offer advice when i can.wolf116 said:thanks, I'm starting tonight! See how I go. I'll use my wash then get some creme. I'm also on homeopathics, I don't know if this hippie sh!t will do anything but it can't hurt. This will rewen my homeopathic experiment tho. Oh well
I can't order the other stuff because I don't have a credit card. Maybe I'll ask a doc about it.
I have a apointment with a dermatologist in two months if all else fails.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
wolf116 said:Thats BS. Just because it works for you. I have had a perfect diet for two years.
Well the average Joe also gets FAT, eventually, or he has a pale, complexion due to all that gunk.DJinTraining06 said:Exactly i do too. We're missing the point here people. The average Joe in my high school and college had not a zit on his face and ate taco bell, burger king, and pizza, drank soda, and drank like a fish on the weekends.
We shouldn't have to eat super healthy to have clear skin. that obviously isn't the problem. I'm not sayin i know wat it is, maybe its just in our DNA and theres really nothin we can do until they find a cure (safer than accutane)
but it is def not food. Certain foods make me break out, sure they do. But i have tried healthy food for way too long, and im just not enjoying myself cuz im spending way too much timeand money on my skin. So i rather take accutane and live care free.
Just use it on the night no need to go OTT with it, it can give an oily look, so going to bed is cool, the look fades after about 30mins or so though.wolf116 said:Well I used the oil as a moisturizer at night and woke up with no more puss(unusual). But when I used it in the morning my skin looked all oily and shinny throughout the day. good results tho. Only 3 more puss bombs.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
