Theres this show in america where contestants compete for (I think) 100,000 dollars. Every week there is a weigh in and out of the 2 people that loose the least amount of weight, one gets voted off the show. Now they workout either 6-7 days a week, when they hop on that scale they loose like 6-7 pounds..A guy last night lost 10 pounds in one week! How is this even possible? Thats a little more than one pound per day?
