"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I f-ed up and said some things to this girl I'm seeing thinking that I was 100% right only to find out I was 100% wrong. I really need to appologize and try to salvage things. What should I do? I've never had to appologize like this before.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

If you must apologize (it was something really! bad)
Then just remember not to over do it otherwise you give her too much control and come off looking weak (in a way).

A tip if you're apologizing use the word I more than you
Long explanation, but it does help usually help get the point across better.

Also remember if she won't accept you're apology do not linger and move on.
The last thing you prob need is drama and going back to AFC ways of getting or keeping a girl.
Remember if after you gave her a sincere apology, if she can't accept it that's her problem and move on.

Good Luck to you bro

The "trick" here is to know the right way to apologize. So the thing to recognize is this,

YOU made the mistake in confiding in a false truth. You felt that what you were saying was true and that YOU were right about it. That's part one of the apology, so you need to say you were wrong about that (cuz you were, right? or else why apologize.)

next is to say you're sorry for not knowing better OR for doubting her (whichever it was) OR for whatever it is you did to apologize for.

At the point where you're done saying everything you had to, be sure to LISTEN to what she has to say. Accept it and move on.

Bad thing is that you can't cover up anything by making it sound like you are excused as that doesn't work. At least for me it don't.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
