"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So we all know when you’re texting a girl you need to be light flirty and fun yadda yadda yadda. But when you’re first talking and working towards getting her on that first date how often should you be texting her? What should you talk about? I’ve heard you should just text about y’alls shared interests and just interesting/fun stuff. I just feel like being like “hey how was your day” tons of times when you don’t know her that well yet is kinda lame. So good openers would help too. Once you get a convo going I guess The Art of Conversation is just where you’d go from there. But any tips?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

1. Texting is for setting dates/logistics and occasional light flirting/banter
2. Don't have long conversations via text .. save that stuff for the date
3. The more you text back and forth before even having a 1st date with her, the less chance you will actually have a 1st date with her
4. Before you send a text, picture that everyone in the world can see what you've typed .. if you cringe at that thought, don't send it
5. Don't use gay smiley emojis
