What is the cheapest, fastest, and easiest way to make teeth whiter?

A good slow method is to use teeth whitening gum. It doesn't make them that many shades whiter, but if you are a coffee or tea drinker or smoker it can make an immediate impact. I chew it after every cup of java. It does have a noticeable effect, plus I imagine it lowers plaque formation as they have said in commercials for years.

Some of my friends used this 'gel' and then a mouth piece to put in. They got white teeth, but some of them (2of5 people ..) lost some teeth !?!! I mean they just .. fell out. Anyone else heared of this ?

I'm absolutely not BS'ing here..

Woah...scary...A girl I work with has the brightest teeth I've ever seen so I asked her what she uses and she said she got a mouthpiece made to match her teeth from her dentist and then she orderred this bleach gel from ebay for $15 (strong stuff) and after about 3 8-hour uses her teeth went from average yellowish to pure white. She hasnt lost any teeth...but she has to get floride (sp?) treatment every 6 months to keep her enamel.

I asked her to order me some gel and instead of going to the dentist and paying like $300 to get a mouth piece. I decided I'd go buy a couple sports mouthpieces and boil them so they become soft and then mold them to my teeth and use the gel (total cost $15).

Reading that scares me now! Dont want to lose teeth...that's for sure...Maybe I'll talk to my dentist first...although I'm sure he's just going to tell me it's dangerous and to pay him $300+ to do it for me...

I went to Brite Smile and paid $600 for it. It includes a 1/2 off coupon for your next treatment (2+ yrs down the line). It's fukkkken awesome. My top teeth whitened 7 shades and my bottom 9 shades (they were a little darker to begin with). If you've got the $$ and are as vain as I am, then go for it.

Get a sonic-care toothbrush. They are expensive but they work like a charm.

I talked to my dentist, and she said that crest whitestrips were the best things out there.

If you do get them you'll have trouble keeping them on on your bottom teeth (the saliva flows down there and loosens the flimsy strip). Put a little toilet paper between your bottom gum and lip and it'll keep it nice and dry.

I quit smoking/drinking coffee months ago, and ever since chewed whitening gum all the time and brushed with whitening toothpaste. Then I tried Crest Whitestrips.

My teeth are still somewhat yellow.

I learned later that it's genetic.

Over the counter whitening agents only work on long time stanes such as those casued even try these! My advice, go to a dentists or prostadontist; expensive indeed, but it will give you the results you want.
