I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
I will try to do that for ya. And I do believe it is the same for women. It is rare for both genders to be sexy in such a late age, but possible. AND keep in mind, sexiness is in the eye of the beholder. I can admire those gents you named from afar, but I couldn't be intimate with them up close...Rollo Tomassi said:Name a single female actress with the same sex appeal as older men such as Harrison Ford, Sean Connery or even George Clooney (early 50s)? Men can enjoy a slow-burn sex appeal - assuming they play their cards right - well into their 50 and in some cases (Sean Connery) 60s.

Uh.....HELLOOOO......iqqi said:WHY are the main posters ranting on and on about "transcending age" and the "age gap" and "age doesn't matter", and "acting and dressing how old you feel", why are they the MAIN ones... the SAME ones, who are the most hung up about age?!
No, STR8UP, you ARE the one hung up on age.STR8UP said:Uh.....HELLOOOO......
I'm not the one "hung up" about age. I go about my life as if I were ageless. It's the posters (often the 20 something guys watching "their" women getting scooped up by older men) who have the hangup. I try to understand why, but then I remember that I was once their age and thought pretty much the same way.
Even some of the less desirable guys my age still get attention from younger women.
You gotta live it to understand what I'm talking about.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Right. And as a washed up 40 year old woman, you have intimate knowledge of what goes on in the 20 something club scene.iqqi said:Haha, I've been TRYING ta say this.
Denial! Not just a river in Egypt!
That includes you. Now go away.iqqi said:Older women are gross.
Totally agree man. Be the best man you can be. And at 40+ with a solid body and bank statement, you will be fighting those 20 something babes off with a stick.ricorico said:40+ year old man with great earning potential has same dating potentials as hot 20+ babes
poor 40+ out of shape Average Jo paying child support has same dating potential as 40+ year old average women .
LMAO... what? THAT is your big point, and come back? Someone, give this guy a clue.MrLuvr said:Right. And as a washed up 40 year old woman, you have intimate knowledge of what goes on in the 20 something club scene.
The amount of time you spend here trying to defend "older women", I am guessing you are not in anybody's target demographic here, except maybe insiduous who seems like to old women.iqqi said:LMAO... what? THAT is your big point, and come back? Someone, give this guy a clue.
MrLosr, I am 20-something, buddy.![]()
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.

It is not "odd". It has been documented and observed. Did you read the article I posted?Jeffst1980 said:I find it odd that, having said that I don't see many guys in their 40's picking up girls in their 20's, I am being accused of being bitter because older men are taking my girls....
That is because you are forming 99% of your opinion on what you see in the club scene. Why doesnt it happen more? Mainly because of different social circles and lack of contact. Either incidentally or because of societal prejudice. In countries where feminism is weak and mans status in society is not diluted, such as Brazil, 18 year old girls are chasing 40 year old men.Girls in their early twenties ON THE WHOLE want to have fun with guys around the same age as them, that are going through the same life experiences.
Women place this over and beyond looks in many cases, so to say it is the "only advantage" is to belittle it.The only advantages an older guy has with these girls is hopefully higher status and better social skills.
Wow, you're post REEKS, absolutely REEKS of materialism. It's disgusting. Listen to yourself, you are ALL about materialism. That is all you live for. What a way to live. Out of curiosity, why isn't a moderate income satisfying to you? What's wrong with it? What's wrong with a moderate income where one is living "comfortably"? Why is it that you HAVE to earn 200k a year? What's with the obsession? Why not 50k/60k a year?ricorico said:Though I've never had this happen to me, I have had friends who lost their girls (early 20's) to guys in their 40's. That being said the older guys were mainly successful and were the types that can spoil a young girl, take her on trips, fancy restaurants, help out with their careers etc..
Again, this is not going to happen often to your average Joe's 40 year old who doesn't take care of himself physically,is out of shape, with child support to pay earning 60 grand a year before his child support payment.
Especially if the girl is in the loop of 20 somethings guys who have great careers ahead of them. Why pick a guy who's career potential is past the due date over one who's earning income has not capped yet?
The average Joe 40 year old (guys who have nothing much going for them in career, looks,or fitness) stealing women in their 20's are probably in an area where many 20 somethings are not going to college and a girl looks at a guy with child support working at the post office as a decent catch because he at least has a job.
But realistically if a man in his 40's has capped his earning potential and it's not impressive, he won't be taking away hb's, over 20 year olds guys with high earning potential.
My father has always told me to concentrate on making money first and the women will follow. That is so true. While people are complaining about the economy, I'm ecstatic with my financial situation. The women are here and I have little time to spend on this forum anymore. Women and career take so much time I hardly have time for many of my fav activities. So kudos to the guys who are successful plus have tons of women they are dating PLUS still find plenty of time to be on this forum with advice.
40+ year old man with great earning potential has same dating potentials as hot 20+ hb's
poor 40+ out of shape Average Jo paying child support has same dating potential as 40+ year old average looking women .
Ok, step back a minute. Do you realize this is AFC behavior?ricorico said:the older guys were mainly successful and were the types that can spoil a young girl, take her on trips, fancy restaurants, help out with their careers etc..
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Oh come on Str8up, you're crazy to even write something like that. Where in that post did it indicate that I'd ever take things to an extreme like that? All I said was, American culture is much too obsessed with money and materialism. What's wrong with that? Dude, I'd be the LAST person to ever do such a thing..trust me on that. I don't believe in harming anyone, no matter how much they've wronged me. You tend to blow things way out of proportion and overreact I've noticed. I think you should take a look at yourself for making such a crazy statement.STR8UP said:Edger, please don't purchase any firearms or bomb making materials.
It's guys like you who mow down half the office cause you feel like the company is screwing you over.
Only kidding.
Kind of.
:nervous:
Dude, you're not listening...I'm saying, a job that pays 50k or 60k a year is still sufficient enough to live "comfortably". You on the other hand, seem to not think that's not a good yearly salary. You seem to think that unless you're pulling in 100k or higher, it's not a "good" salary. Gimme a break.ricorico said:Edger,
Though you may not like to hear this it's simple biology. women prefer men who can offer them financial security for themselves and future children and men prefer hot women. Do you honestly think biology only applies to men? Women have preferred men who offered better financial security since the beginning of time in order to offer her children a better future and insure if the man does leave her with children to raise, he at least can afford to financially help her out.
I don't neglect my physical appearance either. I take pride in my outer appearance also as I understand I want someone to also be physically attracted to me. As I said before a guy in his 40's who is in good financial shape and also in good physical shape will have a huge advantage over the majority of men.
