I've read a lot recently about the benefits of doing this challenge so decided to give it a go...anyone have any advice on how to make the cold turkey aspect easier?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Yea I'm actually about 1 week into such a thing (just made that other thread, "fapping sucks". So I can probably give some pointers.
First off, you NEED to get an auto porn blocker on your computer. I use k9 web protection. You also NEED for a roommate or whoever to create a pass word you dont know. Make sure you set it to both "Pornography" as well as the "nudity" channels. we're quite crafty when we're horny.
As the other guy said, DON'T edge at all. You may think you can prevent yourself, but you can't. trust me.
Stay Busy.
Obviously girls are fair game, so channel your sexual drive into that. It's great, i find myself much more aggressive, direct, and confident. I keep looking other guys dead on in the eyes while they talk to me and keep my head high and shoulders back while walking.
