Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

depends on the rest of the workout but if volume is low enough it could work. although I'd have to ask WHY you wanted to pair them together in the first place.. in general it's not recommended at all (powerlifting aside).yake said:Is it ok to do squats and deadlifts together in workout along with other exercises?
Or will this lead to overtraining?
you can't pushing maximal weights that way. the volume would have to be really low for squats and deads in the same workout and more along the lines of powerlifting (working up to a triple, double or even single) on both the squat and the deadlift.. for bodybuilding (higher reps) I would never do them on the same day. going up to your 1RM is one thing, doing multiple sets at your 5RM is quite another.Ice Cold said:Sure you can... imo
If you usually do 6 sets of squats, you can do 3 sets of squats and 3 sets of deadlifts.
The thing I don't like about it is that you have to shift all the weights back and forth.
that works. like squats and rack pulls or deadlifts and good mornings.bmxcetera said:I don't do them together. It's one or the other. When I did deadlifts before, I'd throw in dumbbell lunges instead of squats, try to come up w/something supplemental exercise like that.
Only when poundages are relatively low.md3sign said:And this is a program that has (and continues to) work for thousands of lifters, very effectively.
And unless everyone here is 5'8" 230lbs or whatever you are (still want pics), they're gonna be sticking with relatively low poundages for quite some time.Warboss Alex said:Only when poundages are relatively low.
I'm 6' if you don't mind. And I will not post pictures for reasons of my own however if you or any other guy on here is ever in my area (currently UK but will be moving to the US soon if all goes to plain), you're more than welcome to come work out with me or even just grab a McD's if you want to see what I look like.md3sign said:5'8"

Yeah, from looking at wba's lifts, even at his size, it would be very hard for the body to endure both exersices in the same period. I'm still either novice or intermediate for those lifts, so doing both per workout isn't a big deal to me.Warboss Alex said:Only when poundages are relatively low.
So long 5x5 ...Espi said:Makes no sense deadlifting and squatting in one workout...if you're able to do so, you need to increase the weight...I've been squatting two years, and it still takes me 3-4 days to fully recover...squats, IMO, are meant to be brutal...if they're not, increase the weight.
