“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

squat problem:

my arms give out before my les do they hurt so much from being stretched back to hold/balance the bar is this normal or an inflexibility problem please help because it hurts + i want to squat

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I remember when I first started squatting, I would hold the bar with a pretty wide grip. Now my grip is a lot closer to protect my shoulders. I'm not an expert in this but you may have to experiment with how you are holding the bar.

I've seen a lot of people not even grip the bar, just wrap their arms around it and it seems to help them with their flexibility problems.

Hmm, I used to feel that way, but then I started holding the bar with a narrower grip, i.e. 6 inches either side of my shoulder blades.

Also, when you unrack the bar, pinch your shoulder blades together to make the little 'trap shelf'. Your shoulders hold the bar, and you shouldn't need to hold the bar incredibly firmly, so it doesn't hurt my arms much. It's usually my shoulders that start complaining on a 20-rep squat :(
