i know its probably been mentioned before but i cant find it. how do u boost up your metabolism.. mines slow and im hoping i can speed it up thru cardio diet whatever. i know it wont happen overnight
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

cardio, green/white tea, high protein, lots of vegetables, lots of water, heavy training.dj ben2 said:i know its probably been mentioned before but i cant find it. how do u boost up your metabolism.. mines slow and im hoping i can speed it up thru cardio diet whatever. i know it wont happen overnight
Hmm, will caffeine (i.e. black coffee) have a similar effect on (speeding up) metabolism, albeit perhaps to a lesser extent than green&white tea? If less, how much less?cardio, green/white tea, high protein, lots of vegetables, lots of water, heavy training.

CAFFEINE HELPS A LITTLE BUT NOT TOO MUCH. IT'S NOT SO MUCH THE CAFFEINE IN THE TEA BUT THE POLYPHENOLS WHICH PRODUCE THE METABOLISM BOOST (CAFFEINE DOES PLAY A PART BUT A SMALL ONE)
What's the reasoning behind the water and vegetables?
WATER KEEPS YOU HYDRATED WHICH MEANS A MORE EFFICIENT DIGESTIVE SYSTEM CAPABLE OF METABOLISING MORE FOOD IN A SHORTER TIME HENCE A GREATER METABOLIC BOOST
ICED WATER NEEDS CALORIES TO BE BROUGHT TO BODY TEMPERATURE ALSO
VEGETABLES ARE HARD TO DIGEST MUCH LIKE PROTEIN, THEY BURN OFF NEARLY THEIR (ALBEIT LOW) CALORIC VALUE JUST BY DIGESTING THEM. THEY ALSO CONTAIN FIBRE WHICH HELPS OUT DIGESTION AND THUS METABOLISM AS ABOVE

caffeine does help... but black coffee is not a replacement for green tea. Green tea has a lot of good effects; antioxidant, speeds up metabolism, helps in lowering cholesteral, lowers chance of cancer, helps prevent heart disease, helps lower liver failure, etc...shaunuk said:Hmm, will caffeine (i.e. black coffee) have a similar effect on (speeding up) metabolism, albeit perhaps to a lesser extent than green&white tea? I've never seen green tea pills so strong that you'd only need one a day for the full thermogenic benefit.Paintballguy said:i just get a huge bottle of green tea extract in pill form and take one daily.
500mg in one pillWarboss Alex said:I've never seen green tea pills so strong that you'd only need one a day for the full thermogenic benefit.
Yeah, so you'd need 4 pills a day to get the 2g in extract I recommend.Paintballguy said:500mg in one pill
