I'm saying this because when I don't masturbate for 3-4 days, I usually feel worse in lots of aspects and I also do worse with ladies (nothing to do with neediness, since I already have a girlfriend and we fùck more than 10 times a week).
Nonetheless, if I masturbate right before going to bed, the morning after I feel a lot more tired than if I hadn't done it, while this doesn't happen with sex.
