Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I've been reading on BB.com, for example it was talking about getting a bigger chest, and how you can do a ton of weight but have a sh1t chest. So, lower the weight, but with better form and slower will give me a bigger chest. Question is will it also up my weight as well? Or to up weight is it better to just pump out the heavy weights.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

You're 14, how about finish growing up before thinking about your pecs?

Don't listen to anything on bbing.com, if you want my advice, although less weight and better form is better.

As for the weight thing, have you ever seen someone who can incline bench 500lbs for 20 reps, who's small?

Thanks, simple question. I do see where your coming from with the age thing. I turn 15 in 2 months. This program is for football and almost every kid in it is my age. I'm just trying to make the most of my workouts, nothing outrageous.

Yeah.. all you should be interested in fitness at the moment, might sound harsh but you're no way old enough to start thinking about changing your body.

You'll be amazed at how different your physique will be at 18 even with no weight training at all ..

Just enjoy y'self little brother, don't worry about the rest.

how many guys who can 20 rep 500 on incline (if that's even possible, I mean even ronnie coleman 5reps 500), are natural? 0...

but you do have a point. train heavy, eat heavy, get heavy.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
