“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was thinking about a habit I have. When I work out I go home and have three meals withing two-three hours. Then I feel like I want to collapse so I sleep for like two hours, very deep sleep.

I was wondering, since you repair your tissiue in your sleep, is this a good approach to be doing? It gives like 5 hours of muscle repair + 6-8 hours of sleep the same night. Plus the sleep after is usually very quality sleep.

Just tossing the question out.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I would think it is a good thing to do. Ive been recommended to rest and relax for like an hour after the workout.

If your body feels like it wants the rest, give it the rest! No problem there mate.

As long as it doesn't mean you missing a meal, then go for it by all means.

yeah relaxing after a heavy workout is good IMO too.

No I don't miss any meals. Ohh, I wouldn't stop doing it, I just wondered if it could have some positive side effects.

The thing that got me a little worried was eating so much carbs before sleep. But if I guess right it should head straight into the muscles and the liver as glykogen after the workout.

GAH. Overthinking again. You need a slap, mate.

Your body'll make use of all the carbs, believe you me.
