yes, it's best to do it when you're fvcking her so hard that she can't react to it...

If you want to ease your way into it (and i do this) - go ahead and grab her face like you're talking about and kindda lift your fingers up and bring them down as kind of a "mini-finger smack"... do it again and increase how hard you're hitting her... see how she reacts - if she doen't - that's pretty much a green light to go all in on her.

I think it depends. I met with a girl last night (first time after a LTR) and she wanted to be slapped across the face with hair pulling and all. Pretty cool.
