I have a problem with the size of my wrists. They are very skinny compared to my other body parts... I can see almost all of the bones protruding. But then again Im a tall guy on a skinny frame. My question is there a way to make my wrists wider? Maybe like doing forearm exercises or gaining some body fat? (I have very low body fat)

Any help appreciated.

skinny wrists are a blessing in disguise...

it will make your forearms/biceps look bigger than they really are.

Go heavy on the reverse-grip curls and hammer curls and you'll see what I mean in a couple of months.

In Beyond Brawn, there is a very interesting study that a guy did on wrist size.

He tried to relate wrist size to what your maximum muscle potential could be.

I will type it in here later, I'm a bit tired to do it now. Gonna crash early on a Friday. I know it's lame but I work full time and already went out on Wed and Thursday and have a busy weekend ahead of me.

you can't silly, it's your bone structure. That's the genetic hand you were dealt, bro...
