I'm 25 yrs old 6'4 about 215 pounds, skinny ectomorph type my whole life, but recently I've grown a pot belly while working out and trying to bulk up, and now I havent worked out in about 2 months so I plan on getting back into it. What would be my best bet to lose the pot belly and get ripped for the summer. I had been on rippetoes for about 3 weeks and but did get that pot belly while on it and eating a lot. Any suggestions for a program and diet plan.

I have gained a few pounds too.
I am not exercising every day (running, swimming for 45-60mins) .
I will tell you if that has worked in 2-6 months :D

Losing the pot belly and getting lean would require a planned diet that you stick to and a solid cardio+strength training plan. If your willing to put in the time and work you'll be able to see abs by beach season. (won't be easy)

I'd need to see a pic to help better with diet/cardio/training
