"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

So if your "strong" you can absorb her disrespect and it shouldn't bother you? I don't agree.
If her acting very slightly flirty with a celebrity for a 2 second moment makes you feel disrespected, you might as well not be with the girl. Because fact is, if you're not man enough to handle a girl like that, someone else will. That's really the bottom line.

But as far as this topic itself, the insecurity of the man in the video to see a barely 10 second video and project so much negativity on a situation. We have no idea what the circumstnaces of the situation were or if that was even the guy's chick, or some hoe he bagged for the night, hoe he just met, or if he's plowing a circle of women. Weak men jump to insecure conclusions. Real men don't look at things like that. we pay attention to how hot the girl is and think what she could be doing with our meat in her mouth instead.

In that situation I agree with you. In a situation we're she intentionally flirts in your face and does disrespectful things, I don't agree. Disrespect grows unchecked.

Well that goes without saying, doesn't it? I mean who the hell wants to tolerate blatant disrespect.
yes brother!

but then here you are letting your ego kick in and say the opposite ? that you ''cant handle it''
sometimes as men we want to win every battle , every battle is not meant to be won, sometimes you have to retreat, that masculine ego causes us to try to always prove strength , that we have to win everything women know this , thats why they can say things like you are ''insecure '' causes us to try to prove ''strength'' by tolerating bullsht and staying trying to prove we are not insecure and macho men .
you can get so caught up in ''acting like a man'' that you forget the whole point she does this is because she doesnt value you, but women hardly ever do the break up , they do **** like this so you can break up with them.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

The thing that you don't understand is when you're an insecure beta male, if they knew it going into the relationship, they're probably in it to use you from the get. If they didn't know but found out later, some girls will take joy in playing on your weaknesses because powerful women are the kryptonite of weak men. So while you act like "oh man shes going to go crazy htinking about what girl i am with next", she's really laughing at how you were to weak to handle her and probably talkin sh.t about you to one of your friends that is actually going to give her D.ck without wondering about what else she has going on, or if she acts flirty with a celebrity like Salt Bae.
there is some good points in here , but really the whole point it doesnt matter who gives her d1ck that night , the point is im gone . so its it doesnt even matter if im right or wrong about how i felt, im so powerful that i dnt go along with something that i personally dont like. personal taste;;
shes fine she has other ****s in the background waiting either way , the choice is mine i can be miserable or i can find another chick who shares my values , its that simple

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

This is a thread about Salt Bae, who is Turkish... and I get the so-called moderator insulting me in Turkish for saying he wouldn't get away with this behaviour in his home country.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Since this is a forum in English, you should write in English and not be a coward by writing insults in another language. That's passive aggressive behaviour and it's not appropriate for a moderator.

Many turks are like that even though i think that's a beta trait and turkish betas are very common. I'm saying that as a guy with turkish origins.

Chill he didn't insult you. Esekogluesek means son of a donkey. That's how fathers call their sons when they are upset etc. It's not a real insult.

i wouldnt say its beta , i would say that the women are not deserving of that type of protectors mentality , since times have changed and these women are for the streets now . it all cmes down to insecurity vs protective nature cause lets be honest most men dont have good intentions , women like jealousy cause it shows protectiveness until you show that its actually insecurity , for example if a guy hits on your girl and she wants nothing to do with it but you go home and argue with her and you havent said anything to him thats b1tch.
if she puts him in his place and you tell the dude ''have a good night'' and calmly walk away with her thats a success in my book.
nowadaays everything is ''insecure this'' insecure that'' the truth is , these women dont want to be saved they want to be hoes , which is fine too.
it's not what you do , but how you do it brother

Note: it is the womans job to express she has a man , not yours. any woman that sets up drama or trys to make you jealous is nothing but problems down the road you can plate er but dont date er
