She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

On my door is a piece of paper that reads:

GOALS

Bench - 300 lb
Squat - 400 lb
Chin - 20 rep
Dip - 20 rep
DB Bent Row - 100lbs x 10l+10r
KB Snatch - 88lbs x 20l+20r x 5
Mile - 6:00

When I see this piece of paper, I think to myself, "I could be doing something to get closer to this goal, couldn't I?" If you need motivation, do this.

Post done. Time for more push-ups.

Damn good shyt there. Been doing it since I started - Good old Franco Columbo ;) Although, this is most definately another excuse to be adding another chick to my garage wall :D

I don't really do that because I'm going for freaky strength and conditioning, with size and definition being secondary. With guys who are going for size and definition primarily though, it is a good idea.

Yeah, I'm going for strength too - which is why I have franco... christ, if a picture of a 195lbs guy deadlifting what looks to be about 700lbs doesnt motivate you, you have serious issues :p
