"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I met this girl early this year.We started off as friends, my only intentions were sex , not a relationship anyways long story short me and her have casual platonic sex, I told her that I do not like her but she is starting to get too attached and is always texting me and emailing me she knows I dont care about her because i show it and i tell her that my career is more important to me and that I dont like commitment and were just friends , whenever we are together i always give advice on how she should get a bf that loves her and treats her good , I have looked in the bible and in the hall of fame but I really don't have the words and I don't know how to tell her to stop calling me and texting me ? the bible really doesnt explain anything ( or did I miss a spot?) or how do you guys deal with telling someone thanks for sex but now good bye..
this girl knows that I like to play girls but i just don't want anything to do with her anymore .

it sounds like a stupid question but its starting to stress me out a lil bit .

usually with all the other girls I meet they kinda get the hint and I ignore them but this girl no matter how much I ignore her she still keeps going and going Other girls just blow me off but I really dont care bacause I can go back and say well you had sex with me why'd you do it?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

("platonic"...I'm assuming you meant "plutonic" witch means NO sexual contact. But that doesn't make sense for your posting.)

How to say good-bye is easy.

"Look, we had some fun but it's over! I don't want to see you anymore. Go find some one else to pester. SHOOOOOO! BU-BYE!"

Also, stop treating her like a pal and hanging out with her. It's giving her ideas that you want to be with her.

tell her you are really into threesomes, but were just too shy to tell her. If she gets other girls to join you, great, if not, she's gone. If she persists, go this route. She calls "wanna go out tonight"? You reply, "only if you can bring another girl that wants to share".

Yeah, I know, I'm sick.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
