I always just give them a karate chop to the neck!!! BAM!!!! Then I laugh when I see the ho twitching on the floor as if she is having a SEIZURE!! It cracks me up every time!

I really do that! Oh, I forgot, in the meantime I usually do a scarface routine, mimicking his voice, like, "Do you want to go to war?" or "Say hello to my little friend", all the while holding my penis!!!!
