'Roids and Squats

Yeah, unfortunately not those kind of 'roids. I'm talking about hemorrhoids here. Anytime I do squats or even leg presses, it happens. I've had a trainer show me proper form, but to no avail.

Anyone have a similar problem and have any tips?

Sorry for the graphic post, but this is really becoming a pain in my azz.

Do you "vacate" fully before lifting?

If I'm about to squat and there is even a trace of fecal matter at the gates, I let it go swimming before I'll lift a thing.

you sure youre using the right muscles to squat/leg press? should mostly be your legs mucles and glutes and back. you probably shouldnt be contracting the muscles you use to crap, or, like youve witnessed the pressure will result in hemhorroids

yeah, your trainer mightve shown you proper form but its up to you to contract the proper muscles, and no one knows that except you
