I know it varys for everyone, but doing a good 3 day cycle at the gym, and 1 day rest...everytime ...1 day-chest/tris/abs, day 2 doing back/bi's/abs and day 3 doing shoulders/legs/abs

I mean considering I'm working pretty hard, how long does it take to really see huge results...like really notice getting ripped...I keep moving up in weight to when i feel somethning is getting lighter....

if you're trying to get ripped, and have the diet, following the cutting guide, for example... you can see results in about 2-3 weeks, and you'll be pretty different after 8 weeks.

Hey I'm not fat trying to get cut though, I'm skinny trying to get ripped and trying to get a little bigger more weight as well.

People have started to tell me now that I look much bigger than before... It have taken me around three months of training to gain 20 pound. So if you put your soul to it than a couple of months will do it...

Depends on how tall you are too. I've seen guys go from thin to respectably muscular (but not huge) looking in a few months. These guys were like 5'6". For a guy like me who's well over 6', it takes longer for the muscle added to really show.

I've been working out for a full year now. If you stick with it for that long, I personally garantee you will see great results. I know I have, but the speed at which you achieve the results varies per person.
