I was not aware of the benefits of taking dextrose with creatine, but that site explains it quite well. Of course, I'm a noob to most of this stuff... I always figured that just working out should build muscle, but that hasn't worked too well for me so far.Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is.
