“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have been getting these every week for a few months now. After I do squats I get red marks (popped blood vessels I suppose) on my traps. How do I prevent them?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You could either:

A. Pad the bar
B. Use your arms more so the weight is distributed partially on your arms rather than all on your traps
C. Not worry about it

Using your arms is a big no-no.

You can pad the bar or you can lower the weight. Really, what you should be doing is not worrying about it. Padding the bar is for pussies.

Yeah, don't pad the bar. You want the weight as close to your body as possible for better control and drive. Make sure you tilt your head back over the bar. This prevents trap markings, but I can't explain why.

If you're lifting heavy, there's nothing that'll prevent the red marks (except maybe a pad, but again, I dont' recommend it). They're just a fact of squatting. Suck it up.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

A pad changes the weight distrubtion on your body. Red marks are normal. But make sure you don't feel pain. Read up on how the powerlifters hold the bar. There are so many things that people don't understand in squatting (like blocking).......

Haha.

Yes, once you get used to it, the marks won't happen anymore. Don't even worry about it. Unless you are getting them from squating light weight.

I AM a powerlifter (and a decent one at that). And if I'm going heavy, I get red marks. There's no way to avoid them.

Right. I wasn't implying powerlifters don't get red marks, but that the lifters know their shyt on proper techniques........
