“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Is there anything wrong w/ consuming raw eggs w/ protein shake? I just remember someone saying a long time ago that raw eggs weren't good for you. Just figured I would ask. Thanks.

I prefer to eat them raw too, mostly because cooking them stinks up my apartment to hell, even hard-boiling them.

You do it whenever you'd normally take protein. And yeah, you just drink it down. Don't chew!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

WBA says raw eggs are more anabolic that regular eggs.

I have paranoia issues with salmonella so this is how I prepare em:

bring small amount of water to boil. Turn off heat and crack eggs into to water. Stir. Put in freezer for faster cooling. Enjoy.

Organic eggs supposedly are salmonella free due to the ultra-pasteurization process they need to go through.
Eh?

You guys actually drink the eggs without mixing it with anything? If I tried to do that I'd probably throw up.
No they blend them into their shake. No taste.

2 days of spewing from both ends. The gains are worth the small risk. Raw eggs are the best diet thing that I could actually see results from. I'm on 24 a day.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

raw (liquid) will certainly hit your system faster, particularly if you're taking them post-workout.

cooked is supposedly more bioavailable (you get more protein out of each egg).

WBA claims that raw eggs are more anabolic.

salmonella sucks, but i've never gotten it from raw eggs, only cross-contamination or food left out too long.

I use to eat my eggs raw, I even posted about it, but now I prefer to cook them.

I talk with my co-workers (all certified trainers who have been in the biz for years) about alot of the nutrition topics mentioned here and I have a totally different view about everything on these forums.

much easier/better to have a whey isolate supplement.

it worked before anyone figured out how to isolate whey, and it's still worthy in a pinch. but, granted, that it comes with fat you'd rather avoid postworkout.

i'm sure your certified trainer friends have different opinions. that's the beauty of opinions -- everyone has one.

Yeah, man. Salmonella comes from filthy cages and filthier hens. Since organic eggs come from hens that are treated much better and live a far cleaner lifestyle, the risk of salmonella is almost nil.
I understand that, but that's not ultra-pasteurisation. You can't pasteurise an egg in its shell without cooking it. But yeah, I only eat organic eggs raw.
